Anyone else find that when you go to aim the screen updates really slowly when you lag and you end up facing all wierd directions...
I was shooting this guy from a roof and next second I'm on the ground floor, then back up on the second floor and then back down to to the ground floor. I also did a Jesus walking on water at one point until the system though "OHHHHH... He should be swimming" and then dropped me in the water heh... Hell I've walked midair at one point.
And don't get me started on idiot drivers. I got a boat and was laying down cover fire for the assault... Guy spawns into the boat and drives the fracking thing right up onto the bank and INTO a building just so he can get to the battle quicker which totally fracked up my covering fire. Lets face it, some peeps treat multiplayer games as "Frack Everyone Else, I just want to ruin everyones game.".
In the last few days I've added a whole load of people to my "Avoid" list. TKing is rife, idiots who dive under your wheels just so you get -15 points, fighting over who uses the dumb artillery (they REALLY should get rid of that ffs) and nobody plays like a team. It's just frackin deathmatch.
Occasionally though you get on a team that work together. Then the game takes on a whole new flavour and it's damn awesome and very much like how 1942 used to play.
I really hope that when it comes out retail that there will be less idiots (but even as I think it I know there won't). Let's face it, FPS = TKcity. Oh and less lag too... that would be really awesome. I've seen what it's like when the lag drops off (around 4-6am in the UK) and the game can be really excellent then.

Spawning with a squad leader that's flying a chopper, and he'll think it's funny to fly outta bounds...
Teamkillers. I get killed everytime I get on arty...I never even try to use it anymore. I also get run over by my teammates a lot.
I guess that's my fault.
Not being able to fnark!n prone.
I takes too long to take your weapon out after sprinting.
Vehicle whores. Give me a chance, I wanna drive the tank too.
(I like to consider myself as one of the best drivers.)

Being TK on the art is really annoying.
Whats also annoying is that I never get in support when I go to destroy the art when defending, I'm always on a solo mission, and I'm always succesful though for some reason.

The knife, imo its great gettin dogtags but its annoying that even while sprinting your stuck to that gun, u cant even pull a knife out!.

getting ran over, getting in the passenger seat of a helicopter with someone who doesnt know how to fly, getting stuck on land with the boat, only haveing one map in the demo

Getting an awsome score and then the game decides instead of showing you the scoreboard it shows instead "Pre Order Bad Company Now". I just got to nearly or over 500 in a match and I REALLY wanted to see my frackin score but it showed me that butthole of an ad that takes forever to get rid of.
I'VE ORDERED THE DAMN GAME ALREADY YOU STUPID GAME...
Oh and one thing I have had happen a lot tonight... Aim... perfectly on target... fire.. now I've facing 45 degrees OFF target.
This lag REALLY annoys the hell out of me.

its got to be the lack of ability to do anything whist running.... that drives me nuts!...i got me some anti-tank mines, if i see a tank coming i cant just change to the mines while i run out. so i have to change first, run out plant mines.. run to cover then change to my rocket launcher in case the mines miss. love the game but imagine how good it could be minus the glitches.....
oh and am i the onlyone who has trouble getting in and out of vehicles???

I'm now dead because I keep having to try to get it to actually work. Oh and add that when I fire a Anti Tank Missile, hear the whoosh... duck back and then get "NeoMorph Killed NeoMorph" because the lag has meant that it sticks to my forehead for like 2 seconds AFTER I've fired and ducked back and then shoots the floor in front of me.  Stupid lag.

Vehicles are a bitch too laggy. WHY, WHY GOD, WHY CANT I PAINT A BUILDING TO BLOW UP WITH AN AIRSTRIKE!? WHY GOD WHY!

For that you use the Mortar Strike...
Actually for the first time last night I realised you don't have to get out of the tank to set charges on the gold. You can just blow the crap out of it (and get good scores for it too). Bradleys are ace for this sort of thing. Got over 500 points in a single match doing that. In fact I took out two of the bases just doing that lol.

yeah, i was defending one time and a tank was shooting at a crate, i was like "what the hell is he doing" then all of a sudden it said gold crate 1 destroyed, gold crate 2 destroyed

Get in tank... Drive tank to gold crate... shoot gold crate and watch the two small bars at the top of the screen... crate gets destroyed... move onto next crate. Of course that's simplified... what really happens is... Get in tank.... drive tank into building... reverse and steer around building... hit other building... get stuck.... tank blows up... respawn or... Get in tank... drive over several teammates... get to gold crate... get hit from golden arrow from heaven (called down by sniper)... respawn or... Get in tank... get out of tank... curse... get in tank... drive 6 feet... get blown up by artillery from own side... respawn or... ... well you get the idea lol. I actually got TK'd today because I was shooting a crate with an anti tank missile after someone had set a charge. Some people just don't understand that it's in case the charge gets defused... at least then we can shoot it easier afterwards as it would have less health.

I hate the lag more than anything. I have experienced exactly what you are describing, Neo. It drives me crazy. However, one of my very first times playing I shot down a helicopter with an AA gun, which was completely awesome. Because of this I will give them the benefit of the doubt and hope they can fix the lag problem for the full game. If they can and do, then I will gladly buy it.

OK so I'm a defender and I'm trying to defuse the freakin charge that's been set on the crate but because there has been loads of peeps killed in front of the crate there are loads and loads of kit bags. So instead of defusing the frackin charge I keep ending up changing my dumb kit! I ended up having to leave the game I was that steaming because we lost the game as it was the last frackin crate too. Guyyug may have seen it happen because he was a defender in the same game. BAD design fault there I think... Oh and my own teammates were shooting our own crates - dumb gits...

HAH... Got another annoying thing... Nades Suck! Guy is on top of a building so I aim right and give a gentle tap to throw... Fackin nade goes over TWO WHOLE FREAKIN BUILDINGS AND TK'S SEVERAL OF MY TEAM. Why is it that game devs never EVER get nades right. I think all game devs should have to spend a week at basic training with the army just to understand weapon performance. Mind you I did do one awesome thing... shot down a helo with an anti-tank missile... then spoiled it when I fell off the building and died lol.
