We have this game called speedball, it's two soccer balls, you can pick up and throw, or kick, there's a goal on each end and who ever is quickest wins, what do you guys play?

Umm...run around I guess. That's all I do anyway.

The gym I go to has this running track with great ventilation. And it is away from all of the equipment. And best of all, only people with certain memberships can use it. So I have the track all to myself.  Grin

I haven't been to a gym in years, so I'm pretty much a sloth who, instead of hanging around in a tree, I'm on my computer chair for very long periods of time. The last time I even admitted in a (school) gym was in 8th grade. I've been out of shape since 9th grade. But what I liked in particular was the medicine ball. Me and another person would throw it around, throwing it with more force each time both of us successfully caught the ball five times until one of us was too exhausted to continue or were knocked down.

I'm an upper body guy. I do a little too much bench pressing, arm curls and extensions so I'm all out of porportion. I can't do too much for my legs to fix that because I have a messed up knee... my doctor told me that using a leg extension should fix my problem but I'm pretty sure that's what caused it.

Although I think you're talking about gym class right? We played volleyball, a bit of basketball, (flag  Angry) football, a tennis-like game called "pickleball" and we did quite a bit of running and fitness testing.

Aren't you a little young for those? As long as you don't pull 72 hour non stop gaming sessions... you should be fine.

Been there, done that.

Well, the good news is that my grandparents will let me use their home gym. The bad news is that they're 2.5 miles from my location, and they want me to ride my bike there. I might consider passing up that deal.

Yeah, we play speedball at our school too.
But at our school, you can't pick the ball up off the ground, and can only run if you catch it.
We also play prisonball (modified dogeball), 4 corners (prisonball with 4 corners), and all the other common sports.

I hated volleyball because I couldn't serve the ball to save my life, and one time in school, I spiked the ball down, and some dude's nose got in the way of the speeding ball. Badminton is pretty fun, as it was easier than tennis and it never required me to run too much.
