a few things i dont like about this game, the realoding: wtf are you serious that was have to stop, aim then reload we cant just reload while running???... Knifing: ok..lets stand in one spot and knife.. cant run and knife..cant walk and knife...just stand there. Shooting: ok so 5 zombies up in my face..either i run or i shoot.. but i cant run and shoot at the same time, are you serious no run and gun?? ok..some things need to be fixed. The girl: yaay u play as the guy, the third person controls are good, then u switch to the girl.....lefty??? lefty first person wtf?! it feels so stupid.  but otherwise the game has awesome graphics, great sound guns feel nice and the teamwork is great but...its lacking controls

You guys are trying to play it like Halo/everyotherFPSonthemarket. It's not, so adapt to it and I know you'll enjoy it because RE4 is still one of the best games I've ever played.

If you were facing a small group of zombies and you had a [insert gun of choice], would you not walk/run and shoot? Or if you had a [insert melee weapon], would you literally stand and slash those closest? I know I would be walking back and shooting.

Not very, since I've spent my time shooting (my uncle's pistol and hunting rifle) and being still, but it's never too late to learn to walk back and shoot when the need arises. But still, I wouldn't wait to be eaten as I'm standing still and shooting. Wait a sec, why would I be out in the open unless I'm moving to the next defensible spot?

Because it's a video game and they incorporated that bit of realism into it. I remember RE4 getting hectic towards the end, but if 5 starts off that way...I can only wonder what the ending will be like.

i'm glad SOMEONE has played RE 4 besides me.

the game isn't like Halo/COD/any other FPS.

to me the adaptations you have to make because of the style of this game is what makes it so fun.

and if you haven't played RE 4, i seriously reccomend getting yourself a gamecube and a copy of this game which should run you about 15 bucks.

I just don't see the appeal. The aiming with no crosshair you know that's fine makes it more challenging but this once again falls into gameplay which is so stop start. It feels jerky and forced.

The melee doesn't feel right simply swinging with no real movement. The character should move forward and smash the bastards face in or step back to swing and knock them back whilst moving away. As for aiming alright I can understand being stood still but not being able to move at all seems very pointless. I am just frustrated with the total lack of movement.

Does this game to be a kill everything or does it want to have you run the hell away. I like both but it just doesn't feel right to me in either.
