omg do not even get me started on sammiches.
2 slices of bread 2 slices of roast beef 2 slices of swiss cheese
put that together and then get two pans and something heavy like a rock (wrap what ever it is in foil)
put the sammich in the first pan and put the pan on the stove on a medium heat, then get the other pan and place it on top (with the heavy object in the pan) of the sammich to make it get flat, let the bread toast and the cheese get all gooey.
enjoy.
this is one my grandma would always make me when i came over.
2 slices of wheat bread 2 slices of ham 1 slice of cheddar cheese mustard 2 leaves of lettuce 2 slices of fresh cut tomatoes put all that together and then add salt and pepper.
My simple grilled cheese 2 slices of white bread some squeeze or the butter that comes in the pot and a handfull of pre shredded cheddar cheese
lighty butter one side of each slice of bread (they go on the outside of the sammich) and then add the cheese then grill using the dual pan method
Thats all i got at the moment.

For your first sandwich can you just use any piece of bread?

Well for me, just a plain old ham sandwhich, may have corn beef instead, and sometimes I put ready salted crisps sometimes with it.

How can you get tired of PB & J sandwiches? Anyways, you should make a sandwich with...
1. Either roast beef or pastrami 2. Either cheddar, swiss, or provolone cheese 3. Lettuce 4. Tomato 5. Mayo
Lettuce and tomato is optional, and you can switch out mayo for any other condiment

I'm going to have to try that first one sws, And to add to the tastiness of the grilled cheese fry up some bacon and throw it in the sandwich, I've even put some tomato slices in with it, its actually pretty good.

I saw him eat a non-cooked hotdog wrapped in cheese. (wasnt stoned either.) That ain't too bad, actually. I microwaved a pancake with cheese on it and wrapped it around the hot dog. Not exactly delicious, but if you're starving, you'd eat it.

When i was working for this one software house I had these weird assed rolls I had made up at the deli next door. Take a fresh and crusty french roll with butter... add a thick slice of corned beef, then thickly spread either Camembert or Brie on the top part of the roll (fresh Cam or Brie is best). God I used to love those (and can even taste it now... mmmmmmmmm). Guess I know what I will be trying to recreate today lol. Just gotta find a decent deli that has the good Camembert and not the crap that is in the supermarkets. And no, I'm not French... I just like their cheese. I really shouldn't eat it what with my cholesterol levels but I refuse to have to eat cardboard or sawdust which is what healthy food tastes like a lot of the time. I still remember my aunt cooking a meal for us and when I tried it there was zero taste and I asked where the salt was and she said "Oh we don't use salt in this house as it is bad for your health"... What's the use of living if you can't even enjoy the taste of your food. I don't smoke, I don't drink, I don't bonk so I don't think eating McDonalds or french cheese is too bad for me. After all I have meds to keep the cholesterol down.

if you're getting bored with the old pb and j, jazz it up with some honey, pour a thin line in between pb and j. Another good sandwich if you have a sandwich maker/george foreman grill is;
bread(anykind) tomato sauce cheeze ham
butter the outsides of the bread before you grill it. This is like the greatest ever.
If you're lazy and don't want to grill a grilled cheeze (or if you just don't have the stove), toast two peices of bread, throw some craft singles inside, and use Taco Bell hot sauce with each bite

Grilled [meat] and cheese Bread (doesn't matter) Your choice of meat (works great if it's thinly sliced) Cheese Butter/Margarine/Spray butter (doesn't matter) Choice of spice(s) Heat up skillet, oven, or George Foreman grill (I love this thing), apply meat, cheese, and spice(s) and grill/heat until cheese has melted. For a manlier way of grilling meat and cheese, use a blowtorch and an old fashioned paint scraper, like this:

I dunno ask Kronic it is his stoner sandwich
mine atm is Backbacon and cheeese
My little creation of a sandwicj of what you you speak was cheerios, bananas, salad dressing, cheese, turkey or chicken(cant remember), and peanut butter. Im sure there was a couple other ingredients also but i made this sandwich over 15 years ago and cant remember all of them.

I successfully made myself a bacon-wrapped cheeseburger. Although the bacon shrinks, try and wrap it as tightly as possible, and using two strips of bacon is optional. Oh, and it's a good idea to apply the bacon before you make the burger.
Another option is to make the burger, then cover it completely in bacon, then fry/grill it again so the bacon cooks.

Nah, screw those places. P'zones are so good (and they qualify as sandwiches because everything is in between two sides of bread).

Sausage 1 egg, any way you wanna make it 1 slice of cheese Bacon Syrup (but not too much) 1 big ass pancake
Make the pancake first, as big as you desire, cut the cheese and apply it on pancake after you make it, let cheese melt, then apply syrup to pancake. Microwave until cheese melts a little. Fry the meat, apply all on one side, fold the pancake, let cheese melt and stick to meat and wait a bit because it will be hot. Enjoy your artery-clogging madness.

ANCIENT THREAD.
But if you live in cali(i think only norcal)
Hit up a Mr Pickles. It's like a subway/quiznos cross with a lot more choice and tastiness.
Plus a mofo'n cookie with every sandwich. A fresh baked win of a cookie.
Recently had a chili cheese roastbeef and onion hoagie type of thing. Side of home made onion rings. omgggg. -drool-
Had to work it off thou. Gah. Felt horrible.

I love Mr. Pickles. There's one in SF that I go to all the time whenever we go over to my uncle's.
