I've generally not been impressed by the X-Men games up to now... wonder if XMO:Wolverine will be any different.
Velvet Assassin has been hammered by the critics for the subject matter. The title is based on a real life french underground operative who was caught, tortured, raped repeatedly and eventually put up against a wall and shot in the head. To take that character and then make her into a game avatar who goes into combat in a silk negligee is a bit awful if you ask me. The developers said that she is in hospital dreaming about the missions you play and when she gets given morphine she appears in her negligee.
