Rock Band Classic Rock Track Pack (Xbox 360, PS3, PS2, Wii)
Space Camp (Wii, DS)

It works in its favor in this case.

We want to see John Connor kicking ass.

It is about maneuvering from cover to cover so the third person perspective works well.

Hmm, lets see how it turns out. To me, it looks like a somewhat less meaty Gears of War that is available on PS3.

You don't need 3rd person just to use cover. RSV does it well and only goes 3rd person when you get in cover. When you want to press on and do so really shooting you are in 1st person mode.

The difference with first person and third person is this...

1st person is for someone who likes playing with guns.
3rd person is for someone who likes playing with dolls.

I want to play with guns, not dolls.

I grew up with third person games so I don't mind playing them.

EDIT: The verdict...

Sound mechanics and gameplay but it is insultingly short.

Four hours with no replay value.

On the bright side, you can get all 1000 gamerscore points or the platinum trophy on your first playthrough. In fact, if you beat the game on hard you WILL get all 1000/1000 points.
