As Vi said reformat it.  I've received that screen twice on this comp and just reformatted to fix it.

Does it boot up to that or does it happen while you're doing something specific? Do you still have a warranty on it?

Right after the first load-up screen...BLUE-OOM! and I dont think so. the warranty is gone.
but to reformat it, do you need your disk drive to work?... cause its-ah broken too. My cousins husband is looking at it. He used to build computers, so I think he knows whats he doing.

That first load up screen is where you should start the reformat from, on my laptop you hold Alt + F10 during that screen to start the process but im not sure if that will work on yours, you could call the company that made it and they could tell you how to do it.

I went to that screen.
whatever I tried to do. it what still pop up and when it did, it would shut down in 1 second.
