Our monitor recently busted. (It was bound to happen..shits old!)
Then we got this one..

currently hooked up to my 360 via VGA cable. My mom got it to use it with her laptop for work, but then she switched companies and was sent a 17" Dell XPS laptop, so i took the monitor

I love this thing. 20".
An HDMI cable will work assuming your monitor and XBOX have the slots. The prices on them vary a lot, and you'll see often ridiculous prices for them. You shouldn't have to pay more than $20 before taxes though.

My screen is almost identical to that Homeles, although mine is the 22.3" version (model 223BW). Does your screen hum at all though? Mine does. Image quality is first rate though.
