Well I installed TB3 and this program is the most user unfriendly program I have come across so far. I can't even find where you enter the password for the email accounts and so it keeps failing. The help sends me to a VERY useless web page and I am just about bald from tearing my hair out.
WHY IS EMAIL GETTING MORE AND MORE ****ING COMPLICATED?
Edit so I found where it enters the password... went through the whole ****ing rigmarole and checked, double checked, triple checked that everything was perfect... AND IT STILL WON'T CONNECT TO MY EG MAIL ACCOUNTS!
**** this... I'm going back to XP...Outlook Express was never this problematic.

Woke up this morning and everything is working in Thunderbird... go figure. Must have been a network problem. I just KNEW the settings were right. Bloody internet lol.
