Some of this is confirmed, some of this is not. Taken from CoD Wiki

Not much to say about this, except for the fact that co-op didn't work out the best in WaW except for zombies. It's really a no-brainer that it will be in Black-Ops as zombies is what held the game up and the fact that Activision swam in money after the 3 WaW DLC's.

Errrrm... Mega Confused Mode Engaged.... Flying Tanks?  Huh?

And how do vehicles = killstreaks... If it's Vietnam it HAS to have Hueys... HELO GUNSHIPS AHOY! Oh and it has to have Air America too... Tongue

One of my favorite classes in the last little while i was playing MW2 was a silenced ACR w/red dot and a M1014 shotty as secondary.  I don't see how it was overpowered with a shotty as secondary but it was fun.

They probably considered the balance of power between a "secondary" and what could be considered a primary.
Having a shotgun/machine pistol meant having plenty of power midrange/cqb without sacrificing your primary. (like a sniper rifle etc).

I didn't really mind the shotguns too much, but i think having them as primaries worked better as a whole.

Hahaha.. what I mean is by just making tanks easier to destroy(& maybe you would need a certain killstreak to enter a tank) and giving tanks the ability to shoot down air support, unless they made AA guns usable unlike WaW.

I love that perk.
I doubt it's gonna exist because people kept on using it solely to refill the grenades in their assault rifles continuously. Or it could be in a different name and nerfed so the aforementioned is no longer possible. Maybe it wouldn't exist in this installment, but from here it's speculation until more info about perks comes out.

Son of a...  I had no idea.  That sucks.  Why do these companies have to keep living in the past?  Not sure if I'm going to get it now.  I don't want crap weapons from 20-30, or more, years ago.

Rather have today's weapons.

Well that rocket launcher is the M202A1 “Grim Reaper”... and it is in Black Ops apparently (according to the list it is).

Consider that Commando was done in 1985 that gives you something of a rough timeline for Black Ops...

Look at the 1:00 mark... oh and have a good laugh at the bad guys tache brigade hehe... Oh and at 3:26... he jumps off a balcony onto 2 bad guys and it cuts to them and next second Arnie is moving sideways to hit them... And to think I used to think Commando was cool lol.
