Well I've played honest hearts. I say average, it played well, I didn't encounter any bugs besides you seeing the creatures actually spawn in front of you.
The person who hires you wishes that everyone travel light so you can only have 75 pounds of equipment on you, with checks 100. I had to leave my anti-material rifle at home.

Though didn't matter for too long though, which niggles at me, I found one almost straight away being used by one of the attacking tribals, TRIBALS! These guys seemed to be as well equipped as the NCR or Legion. A number of new weapons, pretty decent, though not many unique ones laying around.
Also obsidian didn't overlook what Bethesda did with Point Lookout. The new weapons, with mods and Ammo are available for purchase from merchants in the Mojave, which is good because I found barely any .45 ammo for the .45 pistol or SMG (Looks like a thompson) in Zion.
So decent if you want a new place to explore with about an extra 2-3 hours of content. Though you do find out a bit about the burned man.
Another content out in June, and then another in July, which both have been foreshadowed in Dead Money and now Honest Hearts. Both with raise cap by 5 each bringing it to 50.
