So it's been 2 months since this game came out, and yet I still see so many people just sitting near the Jet spawn or not spawning so they can hop into a jet. When playing a jet map on Rush, the average # of players waiting to get into it are 2-3.. Having 3 people just sit around at the base is a huge blow to the people actually playing the objective that need support.. And when your playing Conquest it gets even worse.. Conquest isn't the most fast paced game mode, but when you play on a map like Caspian Border when there are 4-5 people waiting for Jets, it just slows the game down even more. I really didn't mind people waiting for choppers  in BFBC2 because they could actually aid the team, but even with full out jet perks and weapons, you are rarely helping the team while in them.

I really think that DICE NEEDS to add an All-Jet game mode  such as they did on BF1943 with Coral Sea.. We need to get rid of peoples boners for Jets and make sure the people that want to fly Jets instead of help the team aren't in objective based game modes.

I agree that the jets don't serve much purpose in the objective based games, personally i think they should be removed or have mobile anti-air added to all maps and gamemodes that have jets on them just to piss the people off that do use them.

I actually do quite well with the jets, having someone on the ground to point on targets there does help. With ther recent patch the cannon on the jets has been improved and it is easier to get kills on ground targets now, strafed the enemy run way and got a guy in the head the other day.

True, but they need to brainstorm a way so their isn't just several people sitting and waiting for Jets.. And that goes for both Rush and Conquest

I play hardcore conquest and never really notice to much of that, did at first but it seems to have died down in the games i play.  The ones that really want the jets just sit at the spawn screen waiting for them to be available.

The worst thing in this game is the whining little bitches going "XYZ IS OP... NERF IT!"... Dice are going to ruin this game if they are not careful.

It did die down like 2 weeks after the game was released, but it's still at a high level.. Especially with the Christmas noobs
